PROSHOP SPONSORSHIPS

Sponsorship 3– NZJTC Selection

You will receive up to $250 proshop credit if you are selected for the following teams and maintain 80% attendance at trainings:

  • Under 19 Teams 2 or 3 NZJTC
  • Under 19 Teams 2 or 3 NZJTC
  • Under 15 Teams 2 or 3 NZJTC
  • Under 13 Teams 2 or 3 NZJTC

How this works

  1. Register with ABA for 2025 and once selected for an ABA squad pay yearly fees in full, either up front or on an approved payment plan
  1. Meet minimum training requirements and get selected to play for one of the teams that qualifies you for one of the three sponsorships being offered:
  • Sponsorship 1 – receive $2,000 proshop credit*
  • Sponsorship 2 – receive $1,000 proshop credit*
  • Sponsorship 3 – receive $250 proshop credit*

  1. No player can qualify for more than one sponsorship.  ABA will award the player the highest value scholarship they qualify for e.g. a player makes Wisden Team 2 and Under 17 NZJTC Team 1 will receive Sponsorship 1 only.

  2. All proshop credits will be provided to players within 7 days of the completion of the relevant tournament that qualified the player for the sponsorship.  Players who do not compete in the tournament selected for, will not be able to claim their sponsorship.

  3. ABA will only reduce the amount of sponsorship if players fail to meet training and/or playing obligations.  Any decisions ABA makes to reduce sponsorship will be discussed with players.

*Proshop Credit:  If you would prefer to be paid directly into your bank account, you can choose that option.  The cash value that will be deposited will be 60% of the ProShop Credit Value e.g. a $1,000 Proshop credit converted will be $600 deposited into your bank account.
